The Competence Centre for Top Teams (CCTT) conducts academic research to enhance our understanding of high-performance teams. We support clients by offering sound analytics and insights to create high-performing teams, based on the St. Gallen Top Team Model (SGTT). We work closely with top teams in entrepreneurship, management, and boards.
The Corporate Governance Competence Centre (CGCC) conducts research on top management team and board effectiveness, shareholder structures and behavior, and their implications for effective corporate governance practices in Switzerland and abroad.
