We strive to making a positive contribution to society by finding solutions to fundamental issues related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Applied research is carried out at the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion and has a wide range of research areas.
CCDI runs the St.Gallen Diversity Benchmarking, providing HR insights for various Swiss sectors, including a first-time report for consulting firms in 2022. In a project ending in 2023, CCDI and Fachstelle UND are developing work-life balance indicators. The yearly Gender Intelligence Report, initiated by CCDI for ADVANCE Women, has been offering industry-specific analysis and talent management guidance since 2022, with participation from 100 companies. CCDI members also contribute to diversity and leadership publications.
