Professional Career

Natascia Leotta is Senior Project Manager at the at the Competence Centre for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen. At CCDI she is co-responsible for the conceptualization, data analysis, writing and editing of the annual Gender Intelligence Report. She manages and acquires different corporate projects and contributes to the HSG Diversity Benchmarking. She is also responsible for research activities and provides other project teams with the latest research findings.

Natascia has gained significant expertise in the business world. With a professional background in project management and client advisory roles, she has guided small companies and corporations on their DE&I journey. Her main responsibilities have included conducting data analysis, defining action plans with impactful recommendations, and delivering executive presentations to leadership teams and stakeholders.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Natascia received a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a specialization in Gender Studies from the University of Bern. Her research focuses on women's struggle for freedom as self-realization and the pursuit of their authentic selves within our predominantly male-dominated society. She completed the interdisciplinary IZFG program at the Graduate School of Gender Studies and has also conducted Master’s seminars on male domination.

She holds several certificates in women's leadership and DE&I.  Natascia advocates for fostering authenticity and a sense of belonging in the workplace, ensuring that every employee feels valued and respected for their uniqueness.
