Dr Anna Brzykcy is a Senior Project Manager and systemic therapist. At the CCDI-HSG, she is responsible for conceptual development of new programmes in the field of diversity management and inclusive leadership. She also supports other project teams with her professional expertise in quantitative research methods and the latest research findings.
She previously worked as a Learning & Development Expert at the Institute for LifeLong Learning at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). There she implemented trainings and certificate programmes on the role of leadership in active diversity management and was responsible for the development of the TUM Leadership Toolbox (collection of tools for managers in business and academia).
Active diversity management was also the central topic of her dissertation, which she completed at the Centre for Disability and Integration at the University of St. Gallen (CDI-HSG). Her research on stigmatisation, work flexibility and mental health in the work context has appeared in leading journals worldwide (e.g. Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior).
