Raphael Summermatter is Project Manager at the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St.Gallen. During his studies he was able to acquire valuable software skills, which he can now apply to va-rious company projects. His work at the CCDI focuses on projects concerning equal pay between women and men.
