The online course Successful through Diversity & Inclusion offers you the opportunity to deepen your DE&I knowledge or to gain an overview of DE&I topics as a newcomer. Once a year, we organise the St.Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week, which allows you to find out about the latest trends in Diversity & Inclusion practically. We also offer (free) webinars in which a key topic is examined and discussed from different angles each year.
In this compact program, you will gain insight into how you can implement DE&I for your company and what constitutes modern DE&I management. You will deal with the cornerstones of modern corporate culture with DE&I-relevant leadership aspects and learn methods to set and achieve DE&I goals. Using practical examples, you will learn about approaches that enable the introduction of DE&I in the context of the new world of work.
Our workshops are fully tailored to your needs, emphasizing little theory and a lot of practice. We focus on HR processes like recruitment, assessments, and promotions, using highly relevant organizational cases. During Unconscious Bias Trainings, we present practice-relevant research and examples, with interactive exercises to consolidate learning. We offer the possibility to set different focal points, considering various diversity dimensions such as gender, age, nationality, and more.

Our Anti-Racism Training draws from global experience and research to offer a one-day workshop focused on mitigating workplace racism. In our Reverse Mentorship program, BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) junior leaders educate senior leaders on race and ethnicity, fostering empathy and inclusive decision-making. Both initiatives aim to strengthen organizational bonds and enhance performance by addressing the critical issues of racism and ethnic discrimination.
